The First United Methodist Church in Flushing (FUMC) Legal Notice

후러싱제일교회는 본 교회가 유지하는 월드와이드웹 사이트 (이하 "사이트")의 공개된 정보를 보는 것, 인쇄하는 것, 복사하는 것, 분배하는 것을 아래 사항을 따를 시에만 허락합니다. (가) 이 정보는 정보로만 사용되며 상업용의 목적으로 사용되지 않을 때에 사용할 수 있습니다. (나) 이 정보를 분배할 때에 대한 어떤 요금도 받을 수 없습니다. (다) 모든 저작권과 이 약관은 정보가 분배될 때에 반드시 첨부되어야 합니다.

The First United Methodist Church in Flushing ("FUMC") hereby authorizes you to view, print, copy and distribute information published by FUMC on this or any other publicly accessed site maintained by FUMC linked to this Legal Notice (collectively, the "Sites"), provided that (a) the information may be used internally (by you or any third party to whom you distribute it) only for informational, non-commercial purposes; (b) no fee may be charged for distribution of any information to any third party; and (c) any and all copyright or other proprietary notices that appear herein, together with this Legal Notice, must appear on all copies that you make or distribute.

이 게시판에 올라오는 여러 자료들 중에 후러싱제일교회가 만들지 않은 것들이 있을 수 있습니다. 후러싱제일교회는 이같이 게시판에 올라온 자료들의 소유권을 주장하지 않으며 또 게시판 사용자들이 자료를 올려놓음에 대해 책임을 지지 않음을 밝혀둡니다.

The materials in bulletin boards may not have been created by FUMC. Therefore, FUMC does not claim ownership of the materials provided in the bulletin boards and are not responsible for the materials provided by the users of the bulletin boards.

게시판에 올린 모든 내용은 공개적인 정보로 사용되며 사용료없는 비독점적인 사용권을 부여합니다. 본 사용권은 내용을 올린이가 게시판 상에서 그러한 내용을 계속 포함시키기로 하는 동안 존속하며 그러한 내용을 서비스에서 삭제할 때 해지됩니다.

All of the contents of the bulletin boards are are considered as a public information without compensations paid for the information. The user rights will be granted to FUMC and the others while the contents are included in the bulletin board. The user rights of the contents by FUMC and others will be will be cancelled when the contents are removed by the user who posted.

후러싱제일교회는 게시판의 내용을 미리 검토하지 않으나 게시판의 사용의 중지 및 내용 삭제를 언제든지 통보없이 할 수 있는 권한이 있습니다.

The FUMC does not pre-screen the contents of the bulletin boards and have the sole discretion to stop the use of the bulletin boards and/or delete the contents at any time without a notice.
